support requests./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliProcess and product engineering: ulliSupport development and deployment of Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain Management processes with analytics and Kaizen efforts/liliAnalyze, review and optimize logistics processes/liliMonitor and benchmark Logistics Key Performance Indicator systems/liliCreate floor plans and process flows/liliCollaborate directly with various internal and external stakeholders to conduct end to end process assessments/liliAnalyze processes to identify re-engineering opportunities which will create efficiencies and/or enhance controls/liliIdentify opportunities to leverage intelligent automation solutions to increase process efficiency and reduce risk/liliEffectively plan and coordinate implementing process changes enabling teams to realize efficiencies or control enhancements/liliCreate highly effective presentation materials to communicate status updates to executive management/li/ul/liliOperational Stabilization and Transition for Logistics Performance Issues: ulliSupport local operational stabilization activities as required to support internally or externally identified performance issues/liliAct as a neutral interface between IDC operations and client to drive operational improvements as needed/liliDevelop base case and root cause analysis/liliWork with local operations to identify and prioritize action items or improvement initiatives/liliSupport the implementation of improvement initiatives/liliMonitor improvement initiatives to ensure expected results/liliPerform time studies, confirm, and document productivity assumptions used in the analysis of business models for internal and external customers/liliPerform other tasks and ad hoc requests that may be assigned/liliCustomer facing tasks (present solutions and explain models)/liliRe-engineering of solutions to support operations and maximize company profit/li/ul/liliBusiness Process Improvement / Kaizen: ulliSupport Operations as needed in implementing and monitoring Total Quality programs and Kaizen methodology to drive business process improvement activities/liliAssist local operations in identifying and prioritizing local and nationwide logistics initiatives/liliIdentify and implement cost improvement opportunities/liliIdentification of inventory improvement initiatives/liliAssist in identification of IT improvement initiatives to support operations/liliSupport internal business case development for logistics initiatives/liliMonitor to ensure area operational compliance with best practices and processes/li/ul/liliKnowledge Related to Logistics IT Portfolio: ulliExperience related to logistics systems capabilities, with focus on WMS and Transloading systems, to serve as bridge between the operations and IT portfolio organization./liliSupport functional development initiatives for systems (business-driven)/liliProject-driven analytics for conversion of business requirements into IT requirements/li/ul/liliImplementation support support Logistics process and IT migration design for implementation of new client engagements and business expansion with existing customers including the following: ulliSupport implementation activities associated with operational improvement initiatives, lead where assigned./liliEnsure implementations align with current defined operational best practices and standard processes/liliMonitor budget and timelines related to logistics implementations/liliImplement standardized quality programs and continuous improvement methodology (Kaizen) as part of local implementations/liliEnsure required reporting and KPIs align with current operational best practices and local capabilities/li/ul/li/ulpMinimum Required Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree in related field is required./liliThree to five years warehouse/logistics pricing experience/liliExperience managing RFI/RFP responses/liliExperience engaging directly with customers on various project assignments/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliStrong analytical and project management skills/liliHighly motivated and able to complete tasks with limited management supervision./li/ulpEssential Job Functions/pulliTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge Microsoft Office products including Office,
