The Role:

As a Principal Operations Production Coordinator at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Principal Operations Production Coordinator supports day to day learning programs and/or process improvements. They will facilitate and train to support learning initiatives, including planning and assisting with coordination of logistics, etc.

Responsibilities:

Training (70% of responsibilities)

• Create, approve, and facilitate training materials, programs, and agendas
• Partner with the Customer Channels Performance Solutions (CCPS) to bring across effective training updates
• Manage training schedules, agenda, and matrix
• Maintain training priorities dashboard
• Provide updates to key stakeholders

Authoring (30% of responsibilities)

• Coordinating individual tasks as part of a broader process initiative
• Collaborating within the team and across teams
• Documenting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makers
• Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
• Understanding customer's needs of the process and driving process improvements
• Participate in team Agile ceremonies
• Providing centralized oversight of the process and conducting regular process risk assessments
• Authoring and Publishing Agent Procedure Updates

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Google Suites or Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year of experience in facilitating training

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with delivering presentations
• At least 1 year of experience in process management
• At least 1 year of experience with credit bureau management, including credit bureau disputes or credit bureau reporting
• Intermediate Google Sheets experience

Work at Home Technology Requirements:

• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
• A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot)
• Cable or fiber connections are preferred
• Internet service download speeds must be at least 5 mbps, with 10+ mbps preferred
• Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required
• Hard wired connectivity is preferred, any use of wireless connectivity must be Private (non-public) and password protected through WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption
• A private network is password protected where you have ownership or line of site to every device on the network

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Work From Home:

$56,800 - $64,800 for Principal Ops Prod Coor

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
