As a Trading Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast?growing presence in the marketplace.

What You'll Do:
- Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
- Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
