divh2Corporate Wellness Consultant (Full Time)/h2pDirectly Reports To: District Manager, Director of Corporate Wellness/ppKey Partners: Region District Managers, Region General Managers, Region Club Coordinators/ph3Job Description/h3pThe Corporate Wellness Consultant has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of the MUV Fitness Corporate Wellness Program in the designated club/region to include establishing new corporate wellness program accounts, driving membership sales to your designated locations through the corporate wellness program, generating individual memberships through the corporate wellness program, and working closely with your district and club level managers to reach combined company set key performance indicators and established goals./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProspect for company leads via membership base, corporate outreach, networking opportunities, market research, etc./liliPresent MUV Fitness Corporate Wellness Program details and options to company decision makers (in person, Zoom and phone)/liliManage company leads and follow-up process/liliEstablish new MUV Fitness Corporate Wellness Program agreements/liliFacilitate and participate in company onsite enrollment events (program kick-offs), company health fairs, lead generation events, etc./liliRegularly communicate with company contacts including On the MUV Monthly Newsletter, monthly pricing specials and any program related updates/liliManage all customer service-related issues regarding the corporate wellness program and corporate program memberships/liliProvide effective decision making in regard to customer service issues/liliWork closely with club coordinators to resolve any club level customer service issues/liliGenerate membership leads through the Corporate Wellness Program/liliManage email, text, and phone communications with prospective members from initial contact, through follow-up, to enrolling/liliPerform guest tours to MUV Fitness highest standards/liliEnroll new members onsite, in the club and online while meeting all company requirements and achieving 25,000 success points per month/liliWork closely with club fitness directors to ensure new corporate wellness members are receiving a high-level customer experience/liliKeep accurate and up to date records, including department shared spreadsheets and payroll tracking/liliProvide accurate input of data into DataTrak/liliAccurately manage company invoices and payments for Corporate Wellness Program related billing/liliBe available to work outside normal work hours when dictated by workload/liliBe available for phone calls from club staff at all times and respond in a timely manner/liliDevelop a strong partnership with each club General Manager to serve as a foundation for beneficial communications and added club revenues and personal success/liliRegularly communicate your game plan, schedule, and revenue goals to your District Manager, and be prepared for input and feedback/liliStay current and supportive of all company-wide initiatives, communications, policies, and procedures/liliMeet or exceed monthly revenue quotas/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2 years of successful B2B sales experience/lili1 year of corporate account management experience/lili1 year working for MUV Fitness or similar organization/liliAbility to understand and master MUV Fitness policies, procedures, and systems/liliStrong sales focus and ability to drive revenues/liliStrong customer service orientation/liliStrong trainer/teacher/liliExcellent relationship building skills/liliExcellent self-management/motivation skills/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills (to include public speaking and sales presentations)/liliProficient business-related computer skills (all Microsoft Office products, Adobe editor, Google drive products, Zoom Meetings, email, scheduling, promotional flyer design)/liliProfessional appearance and presentation skills/liliAbility to produce accurate communications, data entry and reporting/liliAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines/liliAbility to understand department/company metrics including revenues, sales quotas budgeting, payroll, cost controls, facility operations./li/ul/div
