Responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst is the liaison between Human Resources and DON's Information Technology team, while supporting automation deliverables in the multiple systems and with initiatives. This role also supports Benefit's and Payroll's use of the HRIS and Time and Attendance System. This position ensures the integrity of Human Resources data and oversees the testing of system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvements.
