Koniag IT Systems is seeking an experienced Records Management Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and accuracy of our client's records management operations. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The Records Management Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy across our records management processes. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
