A day in the life.
As our Account Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll be responsible for the service and retention of our middle to large market group benefit accounts. You will manage the renewal process and day to day correspondence with the clients. You will assist Producers in gathering the necessary information for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team, handle implementations, intake forms and review benefits. You will need to keep your workflows organized and client's electronic files in our document management system up to date.
