Fort Lauderdale based holdings company is seeking a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their growing property management team. Real Estate experience is a must. Responsibilities include monthly invoicing for tenants, customers for multiple real estate properties, processing accounts payable, printing checks, answering vendor inquiries in place of management, processing of bank deposits, and responsible for bookkeeping for a sizable real estate portfolio. Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue/decrease expenses. Bachelor's degree in accounting required. 5+ year's accounting experience, must know Yardi Premier, and Voyager is a plus.
