A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for enhancing the overall resident experience through the provision of exceptional daily nursing care and service in accordance with each resident's personalized care plan. CNAs will assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, grooming, communicating, toileting, personal hygiene and mobility needs. This is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner in all interactions, resulting in a very high level of resident and team member satisfaction. The Certified Nursing Assistant is under the general guidance of the Director of Health and Wellness in accordance with community standards, processes, procedures, practices and philosophy.
