DJ&A is seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Experience with developing/writing funding or grant proposals will also be strongly considered. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of high-quality, compliant proposals and other marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a strong writer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person takes initiative and manages multiple deadlines effectively. The selected candidate will join a thriving team that plays a central role in DJ&A's continued growth and success.
