This position involves working closely with vendors, internal teams, and our website systems to ensure product data, pricing, and brand information are accurate, up to date, and optimized for sales performance./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliProduct Management: Add, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, specifications, and pricing across the companys online platforms./liliBrand Management: Add and update brand information, ensuring consistency in presentation and data accuracy./liliVendor Communication: Contact and coordinate with vendors to obtain and manage price files, product updates, and new releases./liliSales Support: Collaborate with sales team members to provide accurate and timely product information, assisting with inquiries and product-related issues./liliData Management: Work extensively with Excel to organize, analyze, and import/export product and pricing data efficiently./liliWebsite Maintenance: Maintain and improve the company website by ensuring products, categories, and brand pages are optimized for usability and performance./liliProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline product management processes and contribute to ongoing website enhancements./liliManage and maintain a large and constantly changing product catalog across multiple platforms./li/ulh3Requirements/h3pQualifications:/pulliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required for working with large datasets, pricing files, and product imports)./liliExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills./liliAbility to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams./liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment./liliUnderstanding of automotive industry terminology and components./liliExperience working in imperfect or evolving systems is strongly preferred./li/ulh3What to Expect:/h3ulliOur product catalog and systems are actively being improved and are not fully standardized./liliYou will often need to figure things out independently without step-by-step instructions./liliThis role requires someone who is comfortable working through incomplete information and solving problems as they arise./liliYou will play a key role in helping us build better systems and processes over time./li/ulh3Preferred Skills/h3ulliAutomotive experience is helpful, but ability to manage and organize large product catalogs is more important./liliKnowledge of basic website editing./liliFamiliarity with automotive performance products or aftermarket parts preferred./liliExperience using product information management (PIM) systems such as Akeneo and ERP software such as NetSuite./liliExperience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe or Magento)./li/ulpSuccess in this role means improving product data accuracy, streamlining processes, and helping the team work more efficiently over time./p/div
