We are a team of friendly, motivated, and highly collaborative business and veterinary professionals looking for a top tier professional to join our growing team./ppAs an Inventory Clerk with Zoetis Reference Labs (ZRL) you will be ensuring the timely processing of laboratory inventory. Your role within the ZRL network is crucial to the overall operation of our business./ph3Responsibilities and Duties/h3pReceives packing slips into Fishbowl and ensures lot number/expiration date data entry when required. Investigates missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs and or shipping companies. Verifies supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl purchase orders within each system. Utilizes Ariba receiving process to update Purchase Orders. Communicates with Accounts Payable team on invoice status for payment. Performs inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure inventory accuracy. Performs cycle counting duties with various laboratories within the facility. Records and reports cycle count findings to manager. Provides input on inventory best practices as needed. Performs routine clerical duties, including working with vendors, answering telephones, and assisting internal and external customers. Must be able to receive direction and perform tasks as specified by management.
