Aptive seeks an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to support the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER).
The Process Improvement Analyst will enhance administrative, business, and operational workflows through structures analysis, planning, and technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has experience streamlining federal business processes, is comfortable with SharePoint and Power Platform tools, and can lead discovery sessions and process mapping initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and improve decision-making. They have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are able to work independently and across a wide variety of technical and non-technical teams.
