Human Resources Coordinator
Serves as a primary contact for faculty, staff, union, and students regarding all payroll actions and issues and provides support and guidance. Reviews and corrects record changes, payroll actions, employment forms, and payroll registers. Approves recruitment actions, requests, and reclassifications; onboards new and rehired faculty, staff, and students. Performs data entry and maintains all filing systems. Ensures accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Assist in processing payroll and Human Resources related tasks including but not limited to filing, employee outreach etc. Minimal physical effort occasional lifting of file boxes.
