Develop high-quality emails, OFTs, and digital media in line with our strategy and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute triggered email marketing programs. Optimize emails through A/B and multivariate testing (template, content, calls-to-actions, timing, and frequency). Develop dynamic content using AmpScript, HTML, and CSS. Configure and deploy various email campaigns and journeys (one-time, recurring, triggered, or dynamic-driven). Adhere to a strict email campaign quality control process, including tasks like data cleansing, list management, and planning/building journey streams. Facilitate continuous improvement within the email marketing environment.
