The Marketing Specialist is an established performer that works to facilitate and support General Marketing function and projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of various marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

• Create and maintain marketing materials, digital assets, and webpage content across multiple platforms to support brand initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.
• Manage and maintain the appointment scheduling system to ensure accurate scheduling, efficient coordination, and a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely execution to meet delivery expectations and business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional managers and teams to plan, develop, and execute strategic projects.
• Review and verify marketing content and digital assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Support operational initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement, optimizing workflows, and implementing innovative digital solutions to enhance efficiency, execution, and overall team productivity.
• Work within the PIM system to validate and maintain product marketing data in support of merchandising initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all product information.
• Assists in creating and designing email templates for marketing communications to support campaigns, customer engagement, and brand consistency.
• Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for various teams.
• Help manage and strategize the development of product sales tools and marketing campaigns to support product launches.
• Develop training materials as needed for new initiatives as needed.
• Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
• Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
• Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
• Use innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
• Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
• Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 2-4 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience. Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies. Proficient in Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Engageware, and PIM system.

Competencies: Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
