Restoration Estimator

divh2Job Title/h2pThis position reports to the Squad Leader and involves indirect supervision, lateral leadership, and oversight with the Restoration Project Manager on projects. It is evaluated by the Squad Leader, President, and Peers./ph3Basic Functions/h3ulliSupports overall marketing by building relationships with adjusters, property managers, and other direct referral sources./liliSupervises and responds to all activities of restoration and reconstruction work related to fire damage, water damage, mold or other related unexpected catastrophes./liliEstimates job scope, signs contract and secures agreed price/liliWorks with adjusters to come to a settlement amount that is fair for our clients/liliWorks with Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed as a Quality Job On Budget (QJOB)./liliOversees and supports AR Collections/liliSupports Trades Team recruiting, productivity, retention, and development/li/ulh3Overall Duties Include/h3ulliCalls on adjusters, property managers and other direct referral sources to support overall marketing./liliReceive loss assignments./liliWork directly with mitigation staff to contact and be on-site in as timely of fashion as deemed appropriate./liliPrepares and estimates an accurate scope, signs contract and secures agreed price in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of the inspection or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers)./liliAchieve a closing ratio of seventy-five (75%) or higher./liliCoordinates monitors and supervises customer/homeowner quality service on a day to day basis as planned with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and the Customers/liliProvides input to other management based on observations from the field/liliCommunicates and analyzes competitive activity/liliSecure approved scope and price with insurer./liliDeliver necessary paperwork and maintain relationship with insurer./liliDeliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure contract./liliDeliver necessary paperwork to administrative department./liliFacilitate coordination with mortgage company when necessary to receive funds./liliInterface with Job Supervisor through completion and collection ongoing and for completed jobs./liliSupports with Customer Service that all QA/Warranty work is completed in a timely fashion./liliProfessionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity/li/ulh3Basic Requirements/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliAssociates or Bachelors degree a plus but not required/liliHighly Organized/liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize/liliHigh level Communicator/liliHigh aptitude in Microsoft office/liliBasic competency in photoshop or equivalent/liliHigh social media aptitude/liliDependable transportation/liliCell phone/liliProfessional Dress/li/ulh3Evaluated On/h3ulliPerformance versus annual and trimester goals/liliSkill Development versus Annual Skill Development Goals/liliQuality of overall Business Performance Measured via Performance Model/liliMeasured by Customer Satisfaction as per the Net Promoter score/liliCustomer and Personnel Complaint Resolution/li/ulh3Promotion and Career Path/h3pOpportunities for advancement and promotion can be within Paul Davis. Compensation is evaluated on a yearly basis effective from the start date of employment of each calendar year and is directly related to measurable performance.
