We are seeking an Internal Audit Coordinator to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.
The Internal Audit Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our health care services by conducting thorough audits and assessments of internal processes. This position is responsible for identifying areas of risk and recommending improvements to enhance compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. The coordinator will collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyze findings, and prepare detailed reports that inform management decisions. By fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, the Internal Audit Coordinator contributes to the overall quality of care provided to our members.
