As a HR Business Partner at Susquehanna, you are part of a team of HRBPs supporting managers and employees on the North American Technology Team and are involved in all phases of the employee life cycle. HRBPs work collaboratively with the business as well as across HR to achieve optimal outcomes for the company and our employees while promoting a positive work culture and environment.
