The Senior Housing Analyst will have the opportunity to learn skills and assist in improving performance, evaluating capital decisions, and address asset management issues that arise in Healthpeak's senior housing and CCRC portfolios. The primary functions of this position are to perform analyses in support of property and portfolio operating performance, capital investment decision making, and to prepare ad hoc analyses on behalf of the Asset Management team.
