Work with very generous/high-end Huntington Beach and Newport Beach clients! This is one of the busiest and most successful Hand & Stone locations in California! You will always have a full schedule with great clients!

Our compensation structure is one of the best in Orange County. Here you will earn a real living wage, and be paid for all of your time and hard work.
Our compensation plan:
1. Earn on average $26 per service + generous tips! (Avg. tip is $20-$30 per service)!
2. Earn $12.00 an hour for all sit time you spend on shift but not performing services ("wait time").
3. Multiple daily paid breaks at $20 an hour base rate!
4. Sick pay - automatically earn 3 days of paid time off!
5. Earn $1,500 employee retention bonus!
6. Monthly bonus for hitting sales goals!

- Flexible schedules - choose what days/hours you want to work and you decide your daily service limits!
- Raises and bonuses - the more that clients request you each month, the higher your service pay will be! It's all up to you....work your way up our tier levels to earn on avg. $50+ per service (incl. tip)! We always reward the therapists that work hard and do their best to provide their clients with excellent service.
- Amenities - new luxury spas with hydraulic tables and separate treatment suites with hot/cold water sinks in every room, hot towel cubbies, hot stone warmers, elegant linens and towels, adjustable lighting/music/temperature in all rooms, and a large employee lounge with complimentary snacks, coffee and other products.
- Book of business - We will market and advertise for you, and help you develop a consistent book of business with loyal and dedicated clients.
Massage Therapist -- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensed in California to perform massage - CAMTC.
- Must be a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT)
- Knowledge and understanding of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required
- Knowledge or understanding of other modalities and techniques (hot stone, prenatal, sports, reiki, etc.) is a plus, but NOT required.
- Available to work some afternoon and evening shifts, and at least one day on the weekend, is required.
