The Tax Manager/Senior Manager is expected to deliver exceptional client service, develop and maintain strong client relationships, participate in the firms practice development efforts by assisting with attracting and serving new clients, expand services to existing clients, and help recruit and retain additional team members. Candidates need to understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed, review various types of complex tax returns, continuously grow their technical knowledge, and deliver value-added tax planning ideas to clients./ppSeeking candidates with expertise in the areas listed below:/pulliHigh net worth individuals, their personal tax returns, trust returns, and gift estate planning/liliPrivately held businesses, including partnerships, S Corporations, and/or C Corporations/liliPrivate equity backed portfolio companies/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMinimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience including technical tax consulting, research, and implementation of planning strategies./liliMinimum of 2 years of experience supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing their work product./liliBachelors or Masters degree in accounting./liliActive CPA license./liliStrong project management, organizational, and time management skills./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./li/ulpPlease note that Calvetti Ferguson does not provide immigration or work visa sponsorship./ppAt Calvetti Ferguson, youll be part of a dynamic and growing firm that values your contributions and empowers you to reach your full potential.
