Residential Care Technician (RCT / CNA / Med Tech) employment opportunity. Sierra Health and Wellness use evidence-based methods to accomplish the restoration of families, relationships, and self-worth. By transforming the character, we give life back to the people who have lost it through substance abuse and mental health issues. Our Concord inpatient facility houses 31 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Our newly remodeled location offers amenities to both our clients and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Residential Care Technician is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting medical and behavioral needs, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. This role oversees client health monitoring, documentation, ADL assistance, transportation, and medication observation.
