Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As a member of People Solutions and Services Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to candidates through their recruiting process and help manage a diverse candidate pool. S/He will be responsible for supporting candidates through effective onboarding, coordinating pre-hire checks, and assisting with vendor management. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Principal duties and responsibilities include conducting pre-hire checks for all hires and obtaining authorization from candidates, coordinating background checks with background check vendors, supporting candidates with interview expenses management, managing post-offer candidate care and onboarding support, monitoring requisition status and closing requisitions, coordinating with sourcers to disposition candidates before closing requisitions, supporting the execution and monitoring of recruitment coordination activities and programs across a variety of channels, leveraging shared service coordination capabilities, supporting candidate with interview expenses management and the recruitment process through answering candidate inquiries, assisting Talent Acquisition HRCP and Portfolio Management HRCP with background check vendor invoicing and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting and compliance in the recruitment system.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of Business, Human Resources, or related work experience OR an Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience OR a High school Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience.
Preferred requirements include a Bachelor's or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Physical requirements include frequently transporting between offices, buildings, and campuses up to a mile, frequently transporting and installing equipment up to 5 lbs, performing required tasks at various heights, monitoring and utilizing computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day, and continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
