Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliMonitor job file status and job file audit status/liliMaintain job file WIPs/liliMonitor and ensure client requirements are followed/liliReview and validate initial field documentation/liliCreate preliminary estimate/liliDaily job file coordination, including preparing job file reports, performing job file backup, and completing job file audit process/liliMaintain internal and external communications/liliComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process/liliPerform job close-out/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulli2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experience/liliExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance/service industry is desired/liliExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance, a plus/liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times/liliAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations/liliExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail/liliVery self-motivated and goal-oriented/liliCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)/liliAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software/liliMinimum of HSD/GED, Associates/bachelors degree preferred/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour/p/div
