POSITION SUMMARY: The Bakery Clerk is responsible for mixing and measuring ingredients into dough in preparation for baking, monitor shrink within the department, ensure all orders are completed in accordance with production schedule; machinery is in good operating order. Responsible for providing quality customer service, practicing safe food handling procedures, assist with inventory, stocking, product rotation and maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent; Basic kitchen skills, familiar with food preparation in a bakery department. Bilingual in English and Spanish
