Our mission is to empower our community through restoration and love./ppWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of restoration projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance representatives, technicians, subcontractors, and internal team members. Restoration industry experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong coordination or administrative project experience./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliCoordinate job schedules, documentation, and communication across departments/liliAct as liaison between field teams and office for project updates and logistics/liliTrack job progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard/liliPrepare and review documentation including estimates, work authorizations, and change orders/liliMaintain accurate job files in our job management system (Dash/Fusion/Next Gear)/liliCommunicate with homeowners, adjusters, and vendors regarding project updates/liliAssist with collections, billing support, and compliance documentation as needed/liliHelp manage inventory of job materials and equipment related to assigned projects/li/ulpQualifications:/pulli2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support (restoration, construction, or insurance a plus)/liliStrong organizational and communication skills/liliAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment/liliExperience with job management or CRM software preferred (e.g., Dash, Xactimate, Luxor)/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)/liliPositive attitude, team-first mindset, and commitment to customer service excellence/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliKnowledge of restoration terminology, insurance claims processes, and industry best practices/liliIICRC certifications or training a plus/liliBilingual (Spanish/English) a plus/li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulliCompetitive pay based on experience/liliOpportunity for advancement in a growing restoration company/liliSupportive, mission-driven team culture/liliPaid training and certifications/liliPaid holidays and PTO/li/ulpCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour At Rainbow Restoration, were here to help families rebuild their lives when disaster strikes by turning damaged properties back into safe, comfortable homes.
