Senior Business Analyst With IBM Maximo

Must Have IBM MAXIMO!! WILL NOT CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!

The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing. Candidate must have strong experience with the Agile software development process. He must have hands on experience of Microsoft Azure Dev. Ops environment (ADO), he be well versed with the process of the User Stories development, development of the Acceptance Criterion, User story approval, Sprint planning and development by the scrum master, Application Build, and Retrospective Issues Resolution etc.

Strong ability to understand the business process workflows and develop/ evaluate the technical requirements/ specifications to be used for developing new application architecture and program for rendering a technical solution for the business process.

Strong skill to collect/ evaluate the business requirements for software applications/ systems/ SharePoint custom applications and develop detailed User Stories/ requirement documents.

Strong ability to collect the business requirements for business reports translate them into a formal user story, requirement document, coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, SMEs, application business users, and application developers and get those reports developed.

Must have strong skill/ experience coordinating and facilitating application demo sessions, obtain the feedback and get the necessary enhancements implemented.

Successful candidates must have a quality assurance background and is expected to help plan coordinate and facilitate user acceptance test sessions as part of a systems redesign project. The candidate must have the ability to ensure that user stories/ requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed. Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team. Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.

Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation Must have the ability to learn overall system processes and identify process-related issues.

The candidate must have experience with identifying training requirements and performance support. Must be able to schedule and conduct training sessions. The candidate must have experience with online and instructor led training course development.

Coordinating with application development team while stories are built, resolving any issues with user stories efficiently, follow up and managing the retrospective issues.

Working knowledge of the IBM Maximo applications software environment. Working knowledge of the Maximo Mobile Applications. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Bi reporting environment. Working knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint environment. Working knowledge of the Microsoft .Net Web Application. Working Knowledge of various UI design software for developing the prototypes. Working Knowledge of various image design software such as Adobe Coral Work, Photoshop, Firework etc. Working knowledge of developing custom navigation, creating navigation with CAML, controlling navigation through application code, and adding custom actions etc.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development of the Maximo web and Mobile Application using Agile software development process. He must have hands on experience of Microsoft Azure Dev. Ops environment (ADO), be well versed with the development of the user stories, acceptance criterion, user story approval, contribute to the sprint planning and development by the scrum master, coordinate with SMES, vendor's Business Analyst and scrum master.

The resource contractor will be required to collect the business requirements for different business applications to support data capture and reporting process. The contractor will be responsible for meeting the business process owners, understanding their business processes, coordinate with application development vendor, and collaborating the development of the business process flows, detailed application future state design documents, User Stories/ Requirement documents. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating between the business group (Product Owners, SMES, Business Applications Users) and Application development vendor, Scrum master, Application Programmers, developers, testers during entire software development life cycle.

The resource contractor will be required to coordinate with vendor in setting up and managing the application As Is Sessions, Future State Design Sessions, user Stories Development and Refinements sessions, User Stories Acceptance Activities, Sprint development Sessions, and development of detailed Requirements. Coordinate the applications demo to the business owners obtain their feedback and ensure that business expectations are met. Contractor will be also responsible for coordinating application testing and obtaining sign-off from business owners. Contractor will be also responsible for coordinating the development of a training guide for each application module and scheduling the training sessions for the business users.

The contractor will also obtain the complete knowledge from vendor about administering and configuring the Maximo web and Mobile applications. Coordinate with IT support group and document the process of application maintenance and support. Obtain complete training in administrating the user access, help users access, install, and configure the web and Mobil Applications. etc. Must be able to help and train the application users to be self-reliant with day today application use and update.
