The Claims Coordinator is a vital contributor to the company's Safety and Workers' Compensation programs, which include General Liability (GL), Auto, and various other insurance policies. This role is focused on actively reducing preventable accidents affecting both employees and customers by employing thorough claim analysis and effective strategic initiatives. The coordinator will carefully review incoming claims and collaborate with field management to ensure that submissions are detailed and complete. By utilizing data analytics to identify trends and potential risks, this position will play an instrumental role in developing targeted action plans that enhance safety across the organization.
