You will report to the Head of Broker Relations, Wholesale & Programs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in insurance with a focus on broker relationship management.
- Extensive data knowledge.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 155,500 233,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location.
