ECommerce Business Performance And Operations Analyst
Payrate: $33.00- $36.00/hr. Summary: ECommerce Business performance and operations, delivering recommendations to eCommerce leadership and helping to coordinate strategic projects across teams. This position will work closely with across all categories and operation teams (Fulfilment, CS, Engineering, EPP/SMB). A strategic project for this role will be to develop a new process for analyzing profit across eCommerce team. Since this position will have much interaction with executive leadership, this position must have strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in strategic projects and operational initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives for eCommerce business and operation.
- Providing in-depth strategic insights and thoughts based on business analysis
- Developing business cases and strategic options based on analysis insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives
- Prepare executive summary to share business strategies, plans, and deep dive into specific topics as needed / requested.
- Monitor eCommerce Business performance and operation, profitability and identify optimizations to improve overall business and operation.
- Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
- Conducting financial analysis to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Continuously monitor the customer experience journey and provide insights to support teams to optimize and maximize conversion.
Requirements:
- Typically requires at least 5+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree
- Experience of working with Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics and/or Retail industry is strongly preferred
- Analytical and can use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Works on complex business and operational issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables
- Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
- Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with Financial analysis to build business cases and to create P&L analysis
- Fluency in Korean and English, written and speaking is required

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00- $36.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
