Expedient Home Health Care, a trusted sister company to Freedom at Home Dialysis, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. We are committed to providing high-quality, community-focused home health care and are looking for a skilled professional who shares our commitment.
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapist assistant with an associate level degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
Licensure: Active, state license as a physical therapist assistant, or a multi-state license issued by a Physical Therapy Licensure Compact (PTLC) member state, or if licensure do not apply, meets one of the requirements listed in 42 CFR 484.115(i).
Experience: One year of experience as a physical therapist assistant, preferred.
Skills: Therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies. Good interpersonal skills. Proof of current CPR certification.
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance. Current driver's license.
