About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (English/Spanish) to support a busy Human Resources team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with employees, supporting recruiting efforts, coordinating onboarding activities, and assisting with daily HR administration.
The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience from the first point of contact through onboarding and ongoing HR support.

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
- 1-3 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or Office Support experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee records, or HR administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, onboarding systems, or payroll platforms.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments.
