Senior Business Analyst Security Settlements
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in security settlements within Capital Markets to support the migration of existing DTC and BoNY flows to a new settlement platform. This role is aligned with our Baltimore office and involves close collaboration with Operations and Technology teams.
Leverage a strong understanding of the security settlements lifecycle to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. Provide support and insights on custody of assets, middle-office activities, and trade lifecycle processes from upstream execution through settlement. Work effectively in an Agile environment, contributing to business analysis and stakeholder management initiatives. Act as a liaison between Operations and Technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
In-depth knowledge of security settlements in Capital Markets. Experience with Client Mellon (BoNY) systems or equivalent experience in custody of assets and middle-office functions. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Proven experience in Agile business analysis and effective stakeholder management.
Familiarity with the DTC settlement platform and related processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to navigate complex environments and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
