As an Executive Underwriter, you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth through the management and expansion of a commercial lines book of business. You'll partner closely with agents and brokers to identify opportunities, evaluate and structure risks, and deliver underwriting solutions that balance customer needs with company profitability objectives. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your underwriting expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to influence business results while serving as a trusted resource within the branch. You'll work alongside underwriting leadership, agency partners, and colleagues across the organization to support growth initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the continued success of the team.
