Responsible for determination of eligibility for subsidized housing and preparation and maintenance of HAP contracts. Processes new applicants, determines eligibility for Housing Choice Vouchers and other programs. Issues vouchers to eligible applicants and initiates, receives and processes referrals for special programs. Investigates and verifies factors necessary to establish the eligibility of residents for continued housing subsidy. Verifies resident income. Prepares termination and reinstatement notifications and repayment agreements. Communicates with tenants and property owners, providing professional customer service. Prepares HUD reporting.
