Home Care Agency Director Operations and Growth

We are a leading home care agency seeking a dynamic Director of Operations and Growth to join our team. As a seasoned home care professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our agency's growth and success while ensuring exceptional care and services to our clients.

5+ years of experience in home care administration, operations, or healthcare leadership.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including care management, staffing, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Lead the agency's growth strategy, including marketing, outreach, and business development.
Serve as the face of the organization in the Baton Rouge community.
Build and maintain a robust referral network with healthcare professionals, community partners, and local organizations.
Ensure high-quality care, adherence to state regulations, and strong caregiver performance.
Implement systems, processes, and initiatives that support efficiency and business expansion.
