Performs and manages the development, coordination, and maintenance of agreements between DC3 leadership and external organizations in accordance with DC3 Instruction 25-1 Agreements Process and applicable DoD and USAF policies, instructions and approved agreement formats.
Clarifies and documents requirements, participant expectations, and resource implications in order to ensure considerations and risks have been identified, addressed, and mitigated.
Supports and enables the DC3 Support Agreement Manager (SAM) and Functional Area Agreement Coordinator (FAAC) with timely development of Agreements in accordance with DoD, USAF, and DC3 policies and instructions.
Reviews, revises, renews, and/or terminates agreements on an annual basis in order to ensure continuous improvement of External Agreements and continued maturation of DC3 as an independent Field Operating Agency.
