The Business Development Agent (BDA) is the individual within the sales team who is responsible for creating, cultivating, and maintaining new business opportunities. They use a variety of methods including networking, cold calling, and social media to connect with referral partners and clients.
Build and carry out strategic initiatives meant to bring new clients to the Bank.

This position doesn't require a Mortgage Loan Officer License. This BDA will not take a loan application (1003) or discuss rates with any prospective consumer or industry participant. Applicant must be willing to complete the pre-employment background process.
In terms of an 8-hour workday, "occasional" equals 1% to 33%, "frequent" equals 34% to 66% and "continuous" equals 67% to 100%. However, some duties are performed monthly, annually or sporadically throughout the year and are essential functions.
