Under limited general direction, the Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business to improve efficiency of systems and processes by assessing processes and systems utilization, determining user needs and requirements, and delivering recommendations to stakeholders. This role identifies opportunities for improving business processes by utilizing technology to eliminate problems that affect productivity, output, distribution and the bottom line. This is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days per week in-office and the rest remote.
