The Mortgage Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) by providing expert guidance on complex loan scenarios and resolving issues that may impede loan progression.
This role also oversees the administration of the Bank's Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) licensing and registration program, ensuring full compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act, Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
