As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, youll use your skills, empathy, and professionalism to deliver consistent, high-quality care that strengthens the lives of our clients and their families.
We are seeking dependable, CNA-level experienced caregivers who can confidently support clients throughout Greeley and the surrounding areas.
What Youll Do:
As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will consistently demonstrate behaviors that promote dignity, independence, and trust. On a typical day, you will:
Build meaningful relationships
- Initiate friendly, engaging conversations that make clients feel heard and valued.
- Participate in clients preferred activitiessuch as gardening, scrapbooking, or playing gamesto encourage social engagement.
Support daily living with professionalism
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other personal care tasks while maintaining their comfort and safety.
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and support safe eating routines.
Promote safety and independence
- Observe clients mobility, behavior, and physical or cognitive changes and report concerns promptly through our communication app.
- Follow care plans accurately and adjust your approach to meet each client's daily needs.
Maintain accurate documentation
- Use the electronic caregiver mobile app to clock in/out, record completed tasks, and update client notes in a timely and detailed manner.
Contribute to a positive team environment
- Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond to schedule updates and care plan changes with professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to demonstrate these behaviors consistently:
Personal Care
- Provide safe assistance with bathing, mobility, transfers, positioning, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, medication reminders, feeding, and dressing.
- Assist clients with all care plan ADLs and IADLs
- Safely transfer and position clients, including repositioning a client in an occupied bed
- Provide care for hospice clients and clients at end of life
- Support clients with a variety of diagnoses, including Parkinsons disease, dementia, stroke, and ALS
- Observe, document, and report changes in physical or mental condition to supervisors immediately
- Provide companionship and protective oversight
- Transport clients safely by vehicle
Companionship & Household Support
- Engage clients in conversation and recreation.
- Prepare light meals, perform light housekeeping, manage laundry, assist with shopping and errands, and provide incidental transportation.
- Help clients maintain an organized and comfortable home environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of professional CNA-level caregiving experience.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Legal identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to use a smartphone for electronic scheduling, communication, and documentation.
- Must be available for at least 15 to 20 hours a week to take on client shifts
