In this role, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle for Andurils government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of commercial and defense contracting with strong negotiation skills and a passion for supporting national security through technological innovation. The position will be responsible for providing contract support for various CPFF, FFP, TM, IDIQ Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, and commercial contracts. Support of these contracts will involve proposal support, contract negotiation, contract compliance, contract management, contract modifications, and contract close-out. This role works closely with the legal and proposal teams as well as across the spectrum of Andurils accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams./ppExecute contract management throughout the life of each contract./ppComplete contract review and acceptance./ppOversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management and support preparation of proposals./ppEnsure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies./ppAssist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes./ppMaintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records./ppProvide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with government and company requirements./ppProvide program managers and executives with contract briefs during the life of contracts./ppProvide guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements and other regulatory considerations./ppCultivate strong, ongoing relationships with internal/external customers./ppProvide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies for contractual and business obligations./ppNegotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors./ppBachelors Degree in business administration, government, or a related field./ppExperience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and TM government and commercial contracts./ppA strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience./ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills/ppExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are highly respected amongst your peers and/or counterparts and known as someone who gets things done./ppU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data./ppAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance./ppLocation: Based in Costa Mesa, CA, Washington, DC, Lexington, MA, or Ashville./ppExperience with U.S. DoD major weapons platforms./ppNCMA Certifications including but not limited to CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM./ppGraduate degree in business, law, government, or a related field./ppExperience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR cost allowability rules, and Certified Cost or Pricing Data Proposals./ppSecret or Top Secret Clearance./ppUS Salary Range/pp$99,000 - $130,000 USD/ppThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
