Warehouse Worker
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker for the 7AM-3:30PM shift, with opportunities for overtime. As a Warehouse Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our maintenance department, ensuring the seamless flow of inventory by receiving, storing, and organizing it. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing orders for delivery, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.
Responsibilities
- Drive forklift and box truck (DOT, Non CDL).
- Perform cleaning and assist with maintaining the warehouse facilities.
- Ensure all safety protocols are consistently followed throughout the warehouse.
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response teams.
- Notify supervisor or manager when materials or supplies are needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Assist and provide training to other warehouse employees as needed.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for 8 hours daily.
- Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, and reach overhead for 3-5 hours daily.
- Proficiency in basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 50lbs.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written), organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, such as safety rules, operational manuals, technical documents, and blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Related experience preferred.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools highly preferred.
- Experience in packing, inventory, picking, packaging, material handling, loading, and order picking.
- Experience with RF scanners and shipping and receiving.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing supplier of aviation environment that is air-conditioned. Safety goggles and ear plugs are required due to noise and particulate exposure. Protective knee pads are provided for tasks requiring kneeling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
