divh2Enrollment Services Program Associate/h2pJob Category: Enrollment Services/ppLocation: Temecula, CA 92590, USA/ppPay Range: $24.25 - $28.13 USD/ph3Description/h3pSummary: In relation to contributing to SJVCs mission and goals, under the direct supervision of the Enrollment Services Director a Linear Program Admissions Advisor must be able to sell prospective students on themselves and the benefits of an education by presenting them a brighter, more promising future./ppCompensation: The starting pay range for this position is $24.25 - $28.13 hourly./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliMeet start goals for linear start programs/liliResponds to all incoming inquiries for assigned linear programs/liliSchedules appointments with prospective students/liliMakes program presentations to prospective students/liliGives prospective students a tour of the college/liliSchedules placement exams and discusses impact of scores with applicants/liliSchedules prospective students for Program Director interviews/liliRefers applicants to financial services/liliCompletes enrollment package/liliFollows up by telephone and correspondence for open houses, orientation, start date, uniform and supplies/liliCoordinate and attend all linear program open houses/liliAttend all Advisory Board meetings/liliDevelop leads to supplement general marketing/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities./ppCompetency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:/ppCore Competencies:/pulliAdaptability Responds to change with a willingness and ability to learn new ways of working.
