This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliFulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness./liliMonitors inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting regular cycle counts./liliMaintains accurate records of stock movements using handheld scanning devices and updating warehouse management systems (WMS)./liliEnsures the production team maintains adequate supply levels on each product line./liliEnsures compliance with food safety regulations Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Good Manufacturing Practices, Federal Drug Administration (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA)./liliCollaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals./liliOversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards./liliOther duties as assigned by management./li/ulh3Qualifications Education/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus./liliMinimum of (1) one year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing./liliKnowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices./liliMust be familiar with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite./liliForklift certification is required./li/ulh3Physical Demands and Work Environment/h3ulliRequired to maneuver plant and warehouse workspaces which involve:/liulliFrequently standing, walking, sitting, talking, or hearing, work around loud machinery and moving parts/liliContinually utilize hand and finger dexterity, continually exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather)/liliOccasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, exposed to outside weather conditions, and push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds safely/li/ul/ul/div
