The Patient Services Representative Trainer is responsible for delivering a standardized training program for newly hired Patient Service Representatives during onboarding and as requested by leadership. This role includes on-site training and support within the employees' designated work environments. The Trainer also provides hands-on, at-elbow training for performance remediation when needed. The Trainer will assess the performance of new hires upon completion of their training to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality, consistent patient service in accordance with organizational standards.
