Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in North Carolina.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Willingness to follow established treatment plans and consult with supervising Physical Therapist.
- New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist.
- Progress patients through levels of treatment within patient capabilities.
- Consult with supervising Physical Therapist regarding progress and changes in patient condition.
- Document all treatment and pertinent patient interaction in accordance with clinic policies.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team.
- Collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and contribute to positive clinic culture.
