Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic leadership team. Compensation is based on experience. The purpose of a Front Desk Supervisor is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for service. The Front Desk Supervisor position is a PM position, 3pm to 11pm on the front desk to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service.
Essential Job Functions
Experience/Education College degree in Hotel Administration; 2?3 years hotel management/supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education
Required: Associates or better in Hospitality and Resort Management or related field.
Experience
Required: 2 years: Previous experience as a Front Desk Supervisor for a Hilton brand hotel preferred.
