What You’ll Do
  • Lead all phases of aviation infrastructure design and delivery — from concept through construction.
  • Manage teams, budgets, and contracts while upholding rigorous quality standards.
  • Mentor engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Guide business development initiatives, proposals, and client relationships within the Dallas aviation network and beyond.
  • Collaborate with senior design leaders to align project success with strategic growth goals.




What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus).
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or ability to obtain one.
  • 10+ years of experience in civil or aviation infrastructure design.
  • Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary professional teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on collaborative delivery.
